Haven’t had to go drugstore shopping much lately, but this week was a “needing to restock” week and CVS has some pretty good deals. Even if you are just starting to coupon and stock, this is a good week to go because many of the coupons were either from today’s paper or they were printable.
Another good thing about CVS shopping is the magical, little, coupon kiosk that sits in all of the stores. If you are new to CVS shopping, the one thing you must have is your ExtraCare Card. They are free. Sign up for one at the register or HERE online. The first thing I do when I walk into CVS is scan my ExtraCare card at the kiosk. You never know what goodies it might print out for you that day.
If you are new to CVS / coupon shopping, Jenny at Southern Savers..(the true Coupon Queen!) has a great guide for "Getting started at CVS".
I’m going to detail this trip to try and help those of you who are just getting started. Please ask questions, the only to learn is to ask!…CVS shopping is a little tricky at first. But in my personal opinion, easier than Walgreen's shopping.
